ELECTRIC DECK OVENS
Electric deck ovens are made of stainless steel, modern and elegant line, carefully studied in its details and finishing.
Usage: baking of bread and pastry
Heating: armoured elements (heaters) of different power.
Top and bottom heaters are independent and ensure a perfect heat distribution. Each insulated baking deck is totally independent, so it is possible to bake several products at different temperatures at the same time.
The control board is equipped with:
independent thermostats for each deck
displays for the ceiling and the floor, temperature range 400° C
timers with acoustic signal
humidity regulators for each deck
chamber lighting switches
It is possible to bake directly on the refractory-baking floor. The isolation of the oven consists of glass wool. The fermentation chamber has independent thermoregulators and steam regulation.

The electric deck oven has a baking quality of the old-fashioned brick oven. Its main features are high performance, efficiency and trouble free operating.
